As a publicly traded equity REIT, KBC Residential will develop, acquire, own, and manage rental apartment homes in South Korea, and deliver outsized, risk-adjusted returns to shareholders. With equal parts experience and vision, KBC Residential will establish a leadership position rooted in building value for the long term.

KBC Residential's projects and properties are located in some of the most attractive urban markets in South Korea such as Seoul, Incheon, Busan, Daegu, Daejun, Gimpo, Seongnam, Anyang, and Suwon. It will focus on leading metropolitan areas in South Korea that are characterized by growing employment in high wage sectors of the economy, lower housing affordability and a diverse and vibrant quality of life. These market characteristics offer the opportunity for superior risk-adjusted returns on real estate investment relative to other markets.
